Jelly fish

I have always been fascinated by the graceful movements of jelly fish and decided that this warm summer must be the time to try sewing one. This is all FME and fabric scraps. I gathered blue scraps first to illustrate the water and then chose to work with a complementary orange. I referred to some illustrations in an old book to make sure that I got the right sort of markings on the “body”, that is quite heavily stitched. I used yarn and sari strips for the rest of the jelly fish.
