I found this horn at a flea market and it is constant source of inspiration. I know brown might not be the most inspiring of colours, but there is plenty of scope for play and the lines are just so beautiful
These drawings are all done on A3 sized papers. The first one using collaged paper and conte chalks. For the second and third drawings, I have used Derwent Inktense blocks (one of my favourites) with water to give a splash of colour under the pencil drawing. For the small horn on the third drawing I went back to conte chalk.
