One of the first fabric books I made, was this one, telling Hans Christian Andersen’s story about The Ugly Duckling. All of it was done on the sewing machine using scraps and some suitable fabrics e.g.with eggs, bought specifically with the book in mind. I used some interfacing to stiffen the pages slightly. The book is approximately 22 centimeters square.
